Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Fairbanks community as a physical therapist, helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live more active lives. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, and I’ve now been practicing for over 10 years.
Over the years, I’ve developed a special interest and expertise in pelvic health physical therapy and foot and lower extremity rehabilitation. Whether it’s helping someone return to their favorite activities after an injury, addressing complex pelvic floor concerns, or improving balance and mobility, I’m passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active in our beautiful Alaska outdoors. You’ll often find me participating in local triathlons, exploring new running and cycling routes, or enjoying recreational skiing during the winter months. Staying connected to the community through these activities helps me better understand the goals and challenges of the patients I work with.
I’m proud to be part of the incredible team at Summit Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. Our collaborative approach allows us to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients, helping them reach their health and wellness goals.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward improved performance, I look forward to being part of your journey toward better movement and lasting health.
